FroopleTM! Terms and Conditions

AHA members are entitled to take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING Rebates, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. AHA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify such terms or to cancel all or any of the benefits currently provided. In order to claim the rebates, you must be an active member at the time of purchase and at the time of redemption. Rebate claims must be mailed in within 45 days from the date of purchase. You must simply provide AHA with valid proof of the shipping and handling charges you paid, by including a valid original receipt with your claim.

Only purchases made from merchants listed in the AHA FroopleTM! program are eligible for rebates. You MUST follow the links provided for a purchase to qualify and you must follow the procedures and meet the requirements and limitations set forth below.

Making Claims

To make a claim, you need to follow the following procedures:

  • For a purchase to be eligible for Free Shipping Rebates, you must follow the links provided. Purchases made from a retailer that was not initiated via links from FroopleTM! web site will not be honored.
  • Claims must be made within 45 days of the date of purchase.
  • Up to $25 can be claimed per order; $500 aggregate claim maximum per membership year.
  • No duplicate or multiple claims.
  • You must be a current AHA member at the time of purchase and at the time of processing of your claim by AHA to receive a rebate.
  • Claims cannot be made on merchandise which has been cancelled/returned.
  • A copy of the sales receipt or packing slip sent by the merchant with the price, item(s), retailer information, shipping and handling charges and sales date must be provided. These items will not be returned to you. The name on the sales receipt must match the name on the AHA membership.
  • Please make copies of the original documents for your records prior to sending to AHA.
  • Complete the claim form on this site and send the required documentation to the address indicated. The claim form and all required documents must be sent in a single envelope. The rebate will not be honored without the complete required documentation.
  • Claims will be processed after receipt. Please allow up to 4-8 weeks for delivery of your rebate check.
  • PURCHASES MADE ON EBAY THROUGH THE FROOPLE SHOPPING SERVICE DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING REBATES.
  • Mulitple purchases of an item, or items which have been returned are not covered.
  • ONLY PURCHASES MADE FOR PERSONAL USE ARE ELIGIBLE. PURCHASES MADE FOR COMMERCIAL OR BUSINESS PURPOSES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING REBATES.

Claim Documentation

In the event that additional information is requested from a member to support a claim made under a specific benefit provided by AHA, we will use this information to validate the nature of the claim. This may include contacting the retailer where a purchase was made to verify that an item was purchased, the amount paid, if a rebate was utilized, or if an item has been returned. By making a claim, you consent to such use.

AHA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete or illegible claims. Claims submitted with postage due will not be accepted or processed. This program is void where prohibited by law.
