AHA members are entitled to take advantage of our 10% Travel Rebate. In order to claim the rebate, you must be an active member at the time of travel and at the time of redemption. Rebate claims must be mailed within 45 days from date travel ended. You must provide AHA with valid proof of payment for the hotel and/or car rental expenses you paid, by including a valid receipt with your claim.
To make a claim, you need to follow the following procedures:
- For a purchase to be eligible for 10% Travel Rebates, you must follow the links provided. Travel Purchases made from a travel site or provider that was not initiated via links from the AHA Travel Values web site will not be honored.
- Claims must be made within 45 days of the date travel ended.
- No duplicate or multiple claims.
- You must be a current AHA member at the time of travel and at the time of receipt of your claim by AHA to receive a rebate.
- The original travel receipt, or reservation confirmation, with the cost, hotel/car rental company information, and exact amounts paid by the member must be provided.
- Please make copies of the original documents for your records prior to sending to AHA.
- Complete the claim form on this site and send the required documentation to the address indicated. The claim form and all required documents must be sent in a single envelope. The rebate will not be honored without the complete required documentation.
- Claims will be processed after receipt. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of your rebate check.
- Rebate will be paid on 10% of the hotel and/or car rental bill (excluding taxes and fees).
AHA is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete or illegible claims. Claims submitted with postage due will not be accepted or processed. This program is void where prohibited by law.
