When your item arrives, save the receipt that shows the shipping amount. If you have been charged any shipping fees by the merchant, AHA will reimburse up to $25 shipping per order; up to $500 per membership year.

Complete the Free Shipping Claim Form, and follow the instructions provided. You will receive a rebate check for your shipping amount.
