American Homeowners Association -- AHA -- Signs Marketing Agreement with iVillage

Exclusive Agreement Includes Revenue Share on AHA Memberships Sold, Expands iVillage's Transactional Revenue Offering

The agreement, which provides a minimum of 8 million monthly impressions and certain exclusivities to AHA, guarantees iVillage minimum monthly payments from AHA in addition to an equal share of net revenue from AHA memberships sold to iVillage visitors in excess of a minimum.
