You have our guarantee that our prices are the lowest available or we will
refund to you double the difference! If you find the item you purchased from
our service advertised for less than what you paid, notify us in writing within
30 days after your purchase and well refund you DOUBLE THE DIFFERENCE.
All merchandise purchased through one of our distributors for $150.00 or more
is guaranteed to be at the lowest price. If within 30 days after making a
purchase through one of our distributors you find the item advertised through
a manufacturers authorized retailer for less than what you paid and
notify us in writing within the 30 day period, we will pay you DOUBLE the difference.
Prices submitted for comparison purchases must be on new and currently stocked
merchandise in a factory-sealed box,including the manufacturers warranty
and all original accessories. Prices must include shipping, handling, and sales tax.
One of a kind or display models are not eligible.
Guarantee Against Damage
You have our guarantee that all merchandise purchased through our
Service will arrive at your door in good condition. Everything purchased

However, for your protection all merchandise must be inspected immediately
upon receipt. If you discover any flaws or damage dure to shipping, call

still present. When, after removing the merchandise from its original carton,
you find that the merchandise is either defective, damaged or delivered to you
in error, simply call our Customer Service Department for immediate assistance.
This guarantee is made for purchases up to $5,000.00.
Guarantee of Your Payment
You have our guarantee that if you use your credit card to make a deposit or
payment and you do not receive your order, all you have to do is notify us within
30 days of the charge appearing on your credit card statement in order to receive
full credit. Each credit card payment or deposit you make to one of our
distributors is guaranteed up to $5,000.00. This means that when you use your
credit card to purchase merchandise* from one of our distributors, and you
dont receive your order, just notify our Customer Service Department
within 30 days of the charge appearing on your credit card statement.
We guarantee that you will receive a full credit of the amount billed.
* Merchandise must be stock order. Guarantee does not apply to furniture or
non-stocked merchandise that must be custom ordered.

- Why would I find a lower price locally?
Many local establishments will lower their price below what they actually pay for
an item in an attempt to convince consumers that their prices are lower on all items
being sold this is often referred to as a "loss leader"; or
They may lower their prices in an attempt to get rid of "last years" models; or
They may have an overstock of one particular product and are trying to reduce their inventory.
- In those instances that you find a product being sold for less than that quoted by our shopping service you can purchase that items from your local merchant with the confidence that you are getting a great deal. By getting a price quote through our shopping service you can be assured of just how good your local merchants price was.
- On the other hand, if you purchase merchandise at a cost of $150 or more through our service and later find that you could have paid less, our DOUBLE THE DIFFERENCE lowest price guarantee provides you full protection.
- When comparing your local price with our Shopping Service, please be sure to add delivery and any applicable sales tax to your local price for an accurate price comparison.
- Although major appliances can be purchased through the Shopping Service, freight charges may sometimes offset savings on heavy appliances shipped long distances.
- All pieces include shipping which is quoted separately. If you are ordering more than one product, please notify the sales representative, since shipping charges must be calculated based on weight and destination.
- Our Distributors carry the current makes and models of most major brands. They do not carry special store brands such as Sears KenmoreÒ
. Certain brands may not be available due to manufacturers restrictions.
- All items purchased for $150.00 or more qualify for our DOUBLE THE DIFFERENCE lowest price guarantee. Items for $150.00 or less can be purchased, however due to the relatively small profit margin, we cannot guarantee the lowest price.
DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is generally delivered via FedEx or UPS, and in some cases via
common carrier. Generally, delivery is to your door and does not include
either the installation or removal of your old product. Common carrier
shipments are curbside deliveries. In-house delivery can be arranged on some
shipments. Please notify the sales representative if you want inside delivery
in order to receive the correct price quote.
When your order is received, be sure to inspect it immediately.
If you discover any flaws or damage due to shipping, call our
Customer Service Department for immediate assistance while the
shipper is still present. When, after removing the merchandise
from its original carton, you find that the merchandise is either
defective, damaged or delivered to you in error, simply call our
Customer Service Department to report the damage and to receive
further assistance. We will assist you in settling your claim as
expeditiously as possible. Save all packing materials, cartons,
etc. for inspection.
CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED?
Merchandise may only be returned if it is defective, in damaged condition,
or the wrong items was delivered to you.
HOW TO GET QUOTES AND PLACE ORDERS:
- Visit a local store and note the make, model number and price of the item you wish to purchase.
- Call 1-800-470-2242 and press option #3. Be sure to have a pencil, paper and your membership number handy when you call.
- Your membership number will be verified, and you will be directed to the distributor who carries that item. You will also receive an authorization number and instructions to identify yourself as a member of the shopping service.
- Call the distributor with the brand name and model number of the item for which youd like a price quote.
- You will be quoted a price plus shipping charges and any applicable sales tax. If you are ordering more than one item, please notify the sales representative, since shipping charges must be calculated based on weight and destination.
- You may pay for your purchase by credit card, check or COD. Specific arrangements are made at the time of ordering. Shipments of products that are paid for by check will be held for five (5) business days in order for the check to clear.
- Everything is delivered as quickly as possible. If you decide to purchase an items through the shopping service, you may make both payment and delivery arrangements during the same call.
