American Homeowners Association (AHA) founder and President Richard Roll has testified before the U.S. House Banking Committee in Washington, D.C. on mortgage escrow issues and escrow account reform; and before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee in 1997 concerning mortgage PMI (Private Morgage Insurance) reforms and improved disclosures. Both hearings produced regulatory reforms which have yielded billions of dollars of benefits directly to U.S. homeowners and aspiring homeowners. Former U.S. House Banking Committee Chairman Henry B.
